    With or without a motor, the Eastside Waterways can make it happen for you and your boat. Beginning in the Northwest corner of the county, the Clinton River winds through several communities and out to Lake St. Clair. With kayak liveries and launches along the way, you are never far removed from a little aquatic relaxation. If motorized is more of your speed, check out one of the many options along the Lake St. Clair shoreline.

Stony Creek Metropark

Get outside for fresh air and activity by hitting the hike/bike trail. The 6.1-mile paved trail is cleared for recreation all winter long. It also connects to the Macomb Orchard Trail via Shelby Rd.

You can also, escape the winter blues by snowshoeing or cross-country skiing! There are 13 miles of marked and groomed traditional cross-country ski trails, covering level to hilly terrain. You can coast over snow-glazed trails on the golf course or mountain bike routes. Strap on your snowshoes and hit the hiking trails throughout the park too!
